The not so impressive array of test jacks within the International
Transmission and Maintenance Centres (ITMCs) on the first floor.
You can imagine the hours of work involved in creating those wiring looms.
Still fascinating, nonetheless to see the construction of the racks.

| Not entirely trashed, simply no longer used. Technology has
moved on; what once needed a whole bank of relays, lever keys and meters
can now be done with a few keystrokes on a keyboard and smart displays
on a screen. What once filled a whole floor can be accommodated in a single
room. Not half as impressive, but the power behind the button still commands
the network of international switches, just not in Mondial.
